Casual & Fierce Outfit

Sweater: DKNY Jeans   Jeans: Urban Outfitters (similar here)   Belt: Target   Heels: Charles David   Bracelets: Target (similar here)   Earrings: Macy's

Hi everybody!

Oxblood and leopard combines together beautifully to create a fierce outfit. This casual look is a mix of classy and laid-back. The cozy sweater paired with black skinny jeans makes for a great look to hang out in, but to elevate this outfit a print is needed and this leopard belt is just the right one. Some elevation from these sleek Charles David heels also adds sophistication. With spike bracelets and gold studs, this look with a blend of casual and dressed-up is officially complete.

The Last Straw

Dress (on sale!): Michael Kors   Platform Sandals (on sale!): Michael Kors   Sunnies: Ralph Lauren (similar here)  Tote (on sale!): Kate Spade   Watch: GUESS   Earrings: Macy's

Hi everybody!

Happy Monday! Hope you are all doing well!

Today, I am wearing this Michael Kors maxi dress that I find so gorgeous. It immediately elongates the legs and also, slims the waist with its thick brown belt. The dress' double-slit is daring yet beautiful. This maxi dress paired with a super cute tote by Kate Spade, enhances the look all-together. Adding to the resort-wear vibe I wore my Ralph Lauren sunnies and Michael Kors platform sandals. I absolutely love this look with its effortless yet posh vacation style. Hope you all like it, as well!

Stylishly In Love Turns One!

Dress: Alice + Olivia   Heels: BCBGeneration (similar here)

Hi everybody!

This week is the official one year anniversary of Stylishly In Love. A year ago, I started this blog with a goal to share my outfits and daily inspirations, but in this past twelve months I have done so much more! I have enhanced my knowledge of fashion, created lasting friendships with many other bloggers, and solidified my passion for all things style.

Watching my love of fashion grow on this blog each day has been so rewarding. It's not just about the pictures I post, it's about the hard work behind the camera, with the shopping, styling, and working. It has been a blast to run this fashion blog and I continue to enjoy creating this website into a work of art. Each day I thank God that I have this blog to share my dedication for style. Also, a big thank you to the readers for the support and appreciation. May there be many more years of Stylishly In Love. I am so excited to see where this blog takes me and how far it can go. Happy birthday Stylishly In Love!

Stay beautiful,

Sofia

Splurge or Save: Statement Coat

                             RED Valentino                                                           Ann Taylor

Hi everybody!

Ever get that bitter feeling when you see the clothing item of your dreams, but it's way over your budget. It's happened to me countless amount of times. But have you ever got that sweet feeling when you find an exact replica and it's so much cheaper. It's a sense of victory; defeating the haunting price and prevailing with a stylish and reasonable clone. I have had my eyes on this statement coat for a while now, waiting for the steep price to drop. But, after a while I started to lose hope, not knowing whether to just bite the bullet and pay up or to give up on my desires to purchase this beauty. But, when I saw Ann Taylor's most recent collection I was in awe that Ann Taylor has the exact same coat. The print, the length, the 3/4 sleeves; all exactly alike to the coveted RED Valentino coat. I was shocked and excited all at once, finally being able to buy the coat I was after for a while, and actually surprised at how much better it looks with a reduced price. ;)

The LBD & Sports Car

Dress: Calvin Klein   Heels: Charles David   Wallet: Tory Burch   Bracelet: Vintage

Hi everybody!

This lovely LBD is a great statement piece to bring out for work, an event, dinner, or even shopping. I am all for LBDs (as evident here). They are a great way to make your outfit classy and timeless. With this particular LBD, fierce heels would elevate the look even more, so my new Charles David ones look great with the look. A wallet the can be used as a clutch is versatile and colorful. I absolutely adore this look that shows how classic and stylish a Little Black Dress really is.
