Hi everybody!

Last weekend I was able to go to a weekend getaway to the beach for a little "escape" from reality. This top is probably the perfect vacation top with its open shoulders and relaxed fit. 

 And these shoes?! I nearly fell over by their beauty when I saw them at Nordstrom! I've been wearing them so much lately and fall in love with them more and more every time I wear them.

I wore this outfit out to dinner, but it's great for any occasion this Spring/Summer.

Weekend Getaway

Hi everyone,

Here is a look I wore last weekend at Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa. What a great place to stay. I needed to unwind and relax and this was the perfect place. Checkout some great shots of my stay on my instagram and Twitter. One of the nights I was there they were setting up for a beach wedding and the cocktail hour was outside where I took these pictures. What a romantic setting for any event, especially a wedding.  The next morning we woke up to see the sunrise and sat by one of the several fire pits overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We had a bible study and listened to christian music and gaze out in awe of all of God's wonders.

Hi everyone.

Hope you had a great 3 day weekend. I spend a much needed long weekend at the 

Fort Lauderdale Marriot Beach Resort and Spa. What a beautiful place to have a stay-cation. I was in and out of naps while I layout on the beach looking at the sailboats passing by and the warm sun keeping me warm and toasty. While at the pool there were endless games and activities for all the guests. If you are in the Fort Lauderdale area you need to check out this beautiful hotel.
